The club requires EVERYONE to pre-book places at training sessions so that it can manage numbers attending and coaches can plan the sessions; think of it as booking a place at a fitness class.
Club Members will book places via the SPOND app, the links below are for GUESTS ONLY
Booking will close before the training session starts, when the session is full we run a waiting list so if you are unable to attend you must CANCEL so that others who may be on a waiting list are able to attend.
At the moment during the season we have sessions on Wednesday evenings, Sunday mornings and Tuesday evenings.
